Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund if you request it within 7 days of your course purchase and you have not completed more than 20% of the course content. Refunds are only available for paid courses. Free courses, mock tests, and PDF notes are not eligible for refunds.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds: free courses and mock tests, courses where more than 20% of the content has been accessed, PDF note packs and downloadable resources once downloaded, subscription plans after the first billing cycle, and any course purchased during a special promotional or discounted sale.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at studybuddycuet@gmail.com with the subject line 'Refund Request'. Include your full name, registered email address, order ID or payment reference number, course name, date of purchase, and reason for refund. We will review your request within 2 business days.

4. Refund Processing Time

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. For UPI and net banking payments, refunds typically appear within 3–5 business days. For credit/debit cards, it may take up to 7–10 business days depending on your bank.

5. Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may offer partial refunds at our discretion. If you have accessed between 10% and 20% of the course content, we may offer a partial refund proportional to the unused portion of the course. This will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

6. Technical Issues

If you are unable to access a course due to a technical issue on our end, please contact us immediately at studybuddycuet@gmail.com. We will first attempt to resolve the technical issue. If we are unable to fix it within 48 hours, you will be eligible for a full refund regardless of how much content you have accessed.

7. Duplicate Payments

If you have been charged twice for the same course due to a technical error, please contact us with your payment reference numbers. We will verify and refund the duplicate payment within 3 business days. Please do not raise a chargeback with your bank before contacting us first.

8. Course Cancellation by Study Buddy Edu

In the rare event that Study Buddy Edu cancels a course after enrollment, all enrolled students will receive a full refund regardless of how much content they have accessed. We will notify affected students by email and process refunds automatically within 5 business days.

9. Chargebacks

We strongly discourage filing chargebacks without first contacting our support team. Filing a chargeback without attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in suspension of your account. 10. Changes to This Policy

Study Buddy Edu reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the platform. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
