All content on Study Buddy Edu, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and course materials, is the property of Study Buddy Edu and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to: share your account credentials with others, download or distribute course content without permission, use the platform for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform, or engage in any activity that could harm the platform or other users.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Study Buddy Edu provides the platform 'as is' without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free. We make no guarantees regarding exam results or outcomes from using our courses.

8. Limitation of Liability

Study Buddy Edu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the platform. Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific course or service in question.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
